[rtl] Where's rtl_time.o in V1.2?

Hi all,

I been tried to install V1.2 but it seems that there's no rtl_time.o or 
rtl_time.c in /usr/src/rtl/schedulers when 'make install' in /usr/src/rtl.

Where can I get rtl_time.c ?
