Hello all, We are trying to set up Lucent Wavelan IEEE adapter to run on a PC/104 running RT_Linux. We are worried about possible compatibility problems with the standard Lucent driver and RT_Linux. Wireless communications is not a real-time task for the project, so we hope to leave it unmodified and run it completely in the Linux kernel. Can such an arrangement possibly cause problems? Will the presense of RT_Linux lower the throughput of ethernet? Was anyone able to use WaveLAN with RTLinux? We would really appriciate if you could share your experience. Even if anyone was able to set up WaveLAN with PC/104 PCMCIA module, it would be helpful for us.
