Easy. Use something like:

serial { com 1  device /dev/rtf0 }
in /etc/dosemu.conf

and then play with COM1: under dosemu.

I have connected in this way /dev/ptyp9 and I have a Linux application
running on the same box writing to /dev/ttyp9
