Probably worth while.

Oh I know this feeling. It feels like such an up hill battle to convince M$
users to learn Linux/UNIX. The pity is my colleagues are software
developers and don't know the raw power at there finger tips. I'm trying to
let Linux going in our embedded project so I can convince them to replace
the commercial RTOS with Linux and hopefully RTLinux later. I will need to
port it to the Motorola MPC860. I know other people have enquired about
this port so they may be chance to work on it with others. If luck is with
me, someone will have already done it but I'm keen to have a go sometime.

I would be interested in these answers also as I'm sure they would apply to
any port of RTLinux.
