Well, I guess userland tools should not use this information and also HZ
value is not exported there. I have not heard about CLK_TCK.
Only very specialised tools might depend on it, but then they should be able
to guess this value.
I am running a machine with HZ=1000 since about 1.5 years without problems -
I have recompiled only kernel modules.
