Hi,
Do you have rw access to /dev/mem ???
try it as root.
If you want to run this as a user ,
1 create an rtmem group
give group ownership of /dev/mem to rtmem
give group rw access to /dev/mem and make the user a member
of the rtmem group .
Should work takes some messin about.
