You might also check RTAI 0.6 where timing, intertask messages (QNX like
and not QNX like), mailboxes semaphores, shared memory and all the rest
can be used Linux<->Linux, Linux<->RTAI and RTAI<->RTAI in a unique
comprehensive development environment.
