Subject: [rtl] ...getting started !
I would like to install rtlinux , i know there are two versions v1.3
(2.0.37)and v2.0(2.213)
and i have red had linux 5.3 and 6.1
which should i choose?
thanks
Starting something new, I would always prefer to have the latest
(greatest?) software... most up-to-date, with most features and/or
bug fixes. Of course, there are often corrections to this approach -
if you need some particular feature, for example, which was
omitted in latest releases, but, AFAIK (RTL gurus, correct me
if I'm wrong), RTL doesn't throw away any useful functionality
(instead, they're pretty cautious to carefully add new features).
So, I'd (strongly) recommend latest version.
