I have re-installed it according the instruction you pasted
every think is OK;
I think that i missed some important step in my formal installation,
but i am still feeling puzzled. why this installation is not recursive
it will not be successful unless i re-install every thing(it will failed
if i begin to re-install rtlinux at point of making menuconfig)
