The StrongARM-port (SA110, only, as far as i read) of Linux can be found here:
http://www.arm.linux.org.uk/
AFAIK, there are no efforts under way to port RTL to it ...
... but feel free to do so :-)
to be seriosly: you don't have to be a realy big kernel hacker
to perform the job for a single processor target once somebody
showed you the way how to do it (acknowledgement to Victor and Michael).
The PPC-port that fsmlabs is actually doing is something different, since
you have to bother around more with kernel internals due to SMP.
But for a UP-System, it is more important, that you know the architecture
and speak it's assembly language. And more important: you need some free
time :-)
I have documented my changes to the few kernel-files in uclinux rather
detailed, and is available as a nice tex- and pdf-file
(acknowledgement to Philip Daly and Jochen Küpper).
Read this and the documentation of RTAI (acknowledgment to
Paolo Mantegazza & Group), where there is a similar detailed
description for the i386-architectre.

BTW: RTLinux-port for uClinux (RTEC)
Currently i got stuck with the scheduler:
I tried porting RTL2.0 on source level,
but RTL2.0 has grown rather complex so that
i failed on the first try due to lack of
time.
Then i had a look at RTL1.3. Seemed to be
faster feasable. yesterday, i have tracked
it down (rtl_sched.c compiles) and now, i just
have to implement a few
timing functions ... but not much
time to do that (vacation is over).
If i succed, RTEC will not be developed any longer,
since it was only the basic playground to
prepare a port of RTLinux.
When Version 1.3 is ported, i hope, that either
Victor or Paolo will have a look at it and integrate
the basic parts into the newer versions
(since they are more familiar with their code than me,
and know the best places where to integrate new stuff) :-)
