BTW, the RTC is the Real Time Clock. It is the clock that counts
seconds, minutes, hours, days, months and years. Whenever you ask for
the current time and date in any OS running on a PC, it is a version of
this chip the Motorola RTC chip (Motorola part number: MC146818) that
gives the date and time. This is why the file is called
'mc146818rtc.h'.
