I am looking for MODBUS device driver code under Linux (ASCII/RTU). Can anybody tell 
me the source.

I did a brief search for Modbus linkable libraries for embedded DOS and 
did not have any luck.  It is a simple protocol and would probably be easy 
to code, but re-inventing the wheel is best avoided when possible.
