I'm planning to use a number of PCs with RTL and RTAI for student hands-on
sessions. I want to give them network access so that they can easily
develop code on other computers or at home. However, when running the real
time stuff on the hands-on PC, they have to have root priviliges. Since
this potentially compromises security, I am wondering what the best
possible solution to this problem might be. Anybody has any experience?

Currently, I am thinking of using sudo and disabling NFS to the hands-on
PCs... Is this sufficient?
