Has anyone experimented with the RT Tulip driver. I recently installed RT-Linux 2.3 on two machines along with the RT Tulip package. The driver seemed to compile and install correctly but the sample programs don't seem to be working. I have been trying to run : rtt_rndtrip_rcv_tx rtt_rndtrip_tx_rcv Also has anyone tried using RT Tulip in the kernel space for real-time tasks. I want to be able to periodically wake up every 4 ms (with minimal variance) and send a message, have the receiver send the message back and measure the time taken. The round-trip program takes care of the message portion of the experiment, but it runs in the user space, so I can't take advantage of RT's guaranteed timeliness. But before I can even worry about that I need to get the sample programs working, so if anyone has an idea or a past experience I can benefit from, please share !
