[rtl] diff RTAI and RT-Linux

Hi everybody,

I've seen a lot of messages about RTAI, a went into RTAI web site to
have more info but I can't understand the difference between this and
RT-Linux ?
It seems to work on the same way, modules, HAL and so on ...
