Not quite! Qt 2.<something> is GLPed, whereas GTK+ is LGPLed. This makes all
the difference in the world in some situations, and unfortunately many of these
situations occur in the embedded world...

(The difference is basically that you cannot use the GPLed version of Qt for
closed source projects; you have to purchase a different license from Troll
Tech for that. GTK+ OTOH, explicitly allows this kind of use in it's license.)
