It happens with lots of disk activity, starting X fi.

System  becomes very slow, if I manage to 'unlockcpu' everything
is ok again.

I did (/proc/interrupts), no interrupst on locked cpu

The weird thing is, it gets better when I lock CPU 0. 
Disk becomes very slow, but no lost interrupt messages.

It looks like a hardware problem. The bp6 has a bad reputation,
but I have had no problems with the board.
