[rtl] Transfer miniRTL to flash disk

Hello!

I'm a newby to RTLinux. I tested it and also tried miniRTL. My 
question: How can I transfer miniRTL to the Flash Disk of a 
PC/104, 32 MB RAM, 32 MB Flash?

Any hints are welcome! Thanks in advance!
