We are planning to develop an open architecture manipulater controller. We have developed dynamics and inverse dynamics algorithem package,planning algorithem package and control on Win98 based on PMAC board which we bought in 1998. Now the realtime problem appears because of win98.So we want to use RTlinux as a cheap and reliable platform.And we want to develop a vision package and communication package for industry.our research is funded by innovation fund of CAS. our host is an industral computer with intel PII 300 cpu. PMAC board and Vision board are installed.Linux kernel 2.1.13 is installed. We hope to use PMAC board if we can find the drivers for them.
