I have partially written some code to interface Java with rtl shared memory using
the mbuff driver. It is currently incomplete, but what exists of it is usable.
However, if you are wishing to use FIFOs, it should be possible to just open the
file /dev/rtfxx appropriately using the java.io classes, instead of having to use
the JNI.
I will send you a tarball of what I have completed off the list to yourself or
anyone else who is interested.
