Hello all!
I met a big problem while using the rtlinux module. After I recompiled
the kernel 2.4.4 with the patch in RTLinux V3.1 package and installed the
rtlinux modules, devices and programs, I inserted those modules by using
the script command 'rtlinux start'. Everything above seems to work
normally. But the command 'dmesg | tail’ output the error message 'bad
local vector ffffffef'.and when i use the script 'rtlinux stop',my machine
crash and reboot immediately.
Could anyone tell me what happened actually? Is it related to the BIOS
settings because the ffffffef seems to be the BIOS address?
I had followed all the instructions in the Installation Guide, such as the
disable of APM.
  Thank you all
                                                                 Walter Wu
