I'm also interested in using FFTs (and FIRs) with RTLinux. I have been using the Intel C++ compiler and the Intel Performance Primitives (IPP) with standard Linux. I haven't had any luck with Intels compiler (ICC) under RT and I believe it is required to use the IPP. Any insights? --
