I've tried it and didn't work. i mean that I still had random hang ups.
any sugestion for changing the processor type?
i think that may be the pc104 is broken. 
I'm thinking in buying a new one. 
Can anybody recomend me a model wich is sure rtlinux will work?. (i've
read in previous posts that geode based pc104 doesnt works)
Requeriments are: 
processor >200Mhz
mem 32M
ethernet
>2 serial ports (>3 preferred)
1 parallel port
