I've just tested against RTAI-24.1.x HEAD from CVS + linux-2.4.22-adeos-r8 and repoduced the problem. Jan and I have fixed it, it's already in CVS. We've had a problem with multiple 'config.h'. The file 'include/asm/rtai.h' included a 'config.h' it should be RTAI's, but we've had also a config.h. The problem is that your config.h is included because it was in the include search path before rtai's config.h. We simply renamed our one.
