Ok it's because I need ld.so and libc6.so librairie, now it's lunched but is waiting for the master and the master waiting for all client .


Tricky case, but at least we are making some progress. :)

Your configuration looks ok. Now you should check what the systems are telling you on the kernel consoles. Especially RTcfg still dumps a lot of debug messages. You may furthermore attach a packet sniffer (PC with Ethereal) to the network or use RTcap (+Ethereal or tcpdump) on one or both realtime boxes. First check if the stations receive any packets at all, then try to find out at which RTcfg stage they stop.
