Hi Jan

Its me again. I thought i would give it a try on the new version
0.7.0-test2, which I expeect should work also. I still kept my old 0.6.2
version though (left it simply by changing the directry name to
"rtnet-0.6.2" under /usr/local instead of the original "rtnet". Anyway it
turned out that the RTmac/TDMA failed again like before (exact response)
i.e. not configured properly. I tried to increase the cycle time = 10000
(10ms) which then also didn't work so I thought I should go back to the
0.6.2 version. With shock that now Rtnet-0.6.2 is not AGAIN (same response
and messge from 'dmesg' too). What is wrong here ? Is there anyway that
the hardware could be the cause of this problem? rather unstable ? I am
out of ideas

I think it would now be helpful to setup a third station as independent packet sniffer. This will also provide you time stamps to support the analysis of potential timing issues.
