Hi,
a new test version for the upcoming 0.7.0 has just be uploaded to the website (http://www.rts.uni-hannover.de/rtnet/download.html). It fixes some bugs, both in the new API (RTDM-related) and in older parts of RTnet.
It also comes with a new example: examples/rtmac/netshm. This provides a simple RTDM device driver for distributed pseudo shared memory (common read area, exclusive write sub-areas). For now, it's lacking any documentation, will be added before the final release.
We are now looking forward to the developer meeting next weekend where we will perform further tests, also on a non-x86 platform. Another plan potentially related to 0.7.0 is to start the kernel 2.6 port of RTnet and revise the configuration scripts.
Greetings, Jan
