It's possible that there is still a problem with IRQ sharing. I think Jan can say sth to this issue. In the meantime..... Andrzej, have a look at your mobo manual and see I you can use different PCI slot for your NICs, in order to get different IRQs assigned. Also have a look at your BIOS settings.
