Just rerunning make gave me the same problems, so I ran autogen.sh and reran
configure, which both failed. Which version of libtool and automake are you using?
I guess it's best to try a new, clean checkout. I just compiled RTnet against 3 different kernels and RTAI versions without problems, it /should/ work.
I could send you the errormessages from automake, but I'm getting the impression
that Debian Sid's Automake/Libtool integration is a little bit messed up.
automake 1.8.3, libtool 1.5.2, but just for compiling on a SuSE 9.1 (no autogen.sh run required). I ran the autogen.sh on a debian sarge with autotools 1.8.5.
