Well, RTnet claims to support fusion since 0.6.6, but I personally haven't tested it recently with older versions than 0.6.9 or even latest cvs. As RTAI-3.x and fusion use a very similar build system, the steps for compiling RTnet against them are the same.


In case problems persist with recent fusion and RTnet (kernel 2.6.9 is also my setup), please post the make output.
