And Is's possible to use 2 ethernet card with cipset RTL8139, or the driver work only with one card?
It works with multiple cards (except we recently introduced some bug, but this would be fixable). Watch out for the "cards" module parameter of the driver which is set by the rtnet script so that only one RT-NIC is supported by default. You have to remove or change the value.
