As far as I know not, but I gave a presentation [1] at the linux automation conference 2005 [2] about the real time driver model (RTDM) and a proof-of-concept implementation of a real time select() for it. This proof-of-concept is checked in the svn repository as version 772. Unfortunately I did not have the time to work on a real implementation.
