Hi,

I'm sending over a package (a character array) containing 3 floats:

bytes 5, 10 and 15 are terminators (\0).

about 70% arrives well, the other 30% comes out in a strange form. For
example, the byte 0xbd becomes 0xffffffbd - or 0x80 ends up as 0xffffff80.

Why is this happening? What are these 6 f's doing there?

Couple of notes - I am working from a RT thread and in kernel space.
