You may (re-)use the excisting rtnet startup script for this. Just clear all IP-related variables in rtnet.conf. Information about how to define your IP-less nodes in tdma.conf can be found in README.rtmac. You may also delete the loading of rtipv4.ko from the rtnet script as this currently happens unconditionally.
