Disabling IRQ line. This points to a problem with those shared IRQs. Did you try the hints mentioned at http://www.xenomai.org/index.php/FAQs? Especially "What can I do if Xenomai and Linux devices share the same IRQ?" Did you compile your kernel with APIC enabled? > Any suggestions?
