Yes, the problem caused by IRQ confliction.
How can I set IRQ from xenomai or RTnet?
I tried to set IRQ from "network configuration" but it did not help. I also
tried from BIOS but it did not have the IRQ configuration.

IIRC your lspci -v showed that you were sharing IRQ 11 with a non-rt
device. I still think you have IRQ conflicts that you have to sort out.
