RTMAC_RTIOC_TIMEOFFSET might provide what you are looking for. Check
rtmac.h.

Yes. TDMA<x> refers to the rteth<x> interface on which RTmac/TDMA is
enabled. Most often this is rteth0, thus TDMA0.
