That plugin does not obsolete send_plaintext_flowed=false, but it allows
you to switch between automatic and manual wrapping with Ctrl-Shift-W,
thus very comfortably.

Additionally, I have set up Ctrl-Shift-U (->keyconfig,
http://mozilla.dorando.at/) to cmd_rewrap so that I can selectively wrap
text blocks and then switch to non-wrapped mode (in case you glue patch
and description with TB).
