Why not following the standard path first, using the rtnet start script
with adoptions according to your setup (e.g. the NIC driver)? That's
described in the wiki and the readme.

Otherwise, if you want to go a custom way, we can't help you unless you
provide information about all steps you took, all commands you issued to
setup RTnet.
