I'm trying to use RTnet with a Kuka robot. What I am trying to do is very
simple, receive some xml via UDP packets and reply within 10ms with some
more XML. I'm not trying to use the real power of RTnet.
I've managed to install and test RTnet and have then run the simpleserver.c
example program. From another PC I then sent some UDP packets (I tested
these as OK with a simple none real time server program from Beej's network
programming guide).
The first 8 bytes of each packet sent seem to be lost/removed. I am assuming
this might be a header that is stripped by RTnet but wanted to check. If so
some pointers on what I need to modify to get the basic functionality I am
hoping for would be appreciated.
Regards,
Graham
