I am getting this exact error (RTnet 0.9.13)

This is what I did.
lspci -nnk
gets me

Next
sudo echo "10ec 8168" > /sys/bus/pci/drivers/rt_r8169/new_id
and get in dmesg
[ 951.112877] rt_r8169: region #1 not an MMIO resource, aborting
Is there any work around? My google foo is failing me.
