First, solr-ruby needs to support all the good "Luke" stuff. If you
haven't tried out Luke, Google for "luke lucene" and fire it up
against your Lucene index (in your SOLR_HOME/data/index directory
with Solr). Once support for this new addition to Solr is in the low-
level solr-ruby library, I'd love to see some form of support for it
in Flare as a GUI version of Luke written in Rails.
Once you see Luke, you'll understand.
