I cannot say for sure since I'm on a Mac. Look inside Netbeans
installation folder, on mine the binaries for jruby are under:
netbeansapplicationinstallationfolder/somethingspecifictomac/Resources/
Netbeans/ruby2/jruby-1.1.4/bin
You should be able to find it similarly on your system.
