Ah, didn't see that mentioned in the blog post.

I used iText (open source - Java) for some PDF stuff a few years ago. I
don't believe it supports html to pdf out of the box, but I had this article
bookmarked as well:

May not be what you want, but it's the only other thing I'd bookmarked for
further review.
