Hi, I just orphaned rubygem-celluloid in F23 and Rawhide. It used to be dependency of rubygem-listen, but Listen recently dropped the dependency and the development of Celluloid move in a direction, where it will be virtually impossible to package it for Fedora. But if anybody has interest in this package, please feel free to pick it up.
