Relengs has resubmitted all the failed builds. So the number of failed ruby packages looks much better. Looking at failed packages [1], a naive FF search gives me 58 packages prior deduplication, this is reasonable IMO and corresponds with the state reported by Koschei.
BTW it seems that the side tag should be merged today, but there are still some rebuild to finish.
