Latest stable Ruby breaks some packages

I have just noticed, that rubygem-actionpack, rubygem-rack, rubygem-racktest are broken with latest Ruby. It seems the issue is on "cgi" gem side. E.g. these are the ActionPack related tickets:

I'll apply the patch in Ruby shortly. Sorry for the breakage.

Unfortunately, current recommendation is following what Rails did, i.e. "update the cgi" gem. This is was already fixed also in Ruby, but it does not seems upstream considers this important enough to cut a new release :/
