It is Ruby 3.3 now (the default version for ports tree).
% jekyll build -d /tmp/abc/def
Configuration file: none
Source: /tmp/abc
Destination: /tmp/abc/def
Incremental build: disabled. Enable with --incremental

done in 0.004 seconds.
Auto-regeneration: disabled. Use --watch to enable.
I believe this PR should be closed since the original problem does not exist.
