Please also note that changing feature.xml with the wizard is dangerous, because in that case comments are removed. And currently we use one comment which the automatic build needs in order to produce the source feature.
The reason behind this was a bug in Eclipse 3.0. Since it has been fixed with Eclipse 3.1 I've removed the comment-workaround.
