Not specifically. We're doing a lot of work in the type_inferrence  
branch right now, and we're using jruby JARs that we cut from their  
trunk occasionally.
We're waiting until JRuby applies the patches from the Swiss students  
(Mirko and company) before we throw a new JRuby jar into the trunk of  
RDT.
The only real reason we'd update JRuby is for parser changes. So I'm  
not sure what specifically you mean in regards to integration...

We use official and unofficial releases. When we cut an RDT release  
we make sure that the JRuby guys have at least tagged the version we  
use.
